Roxtec UK (www.roxtec.com/uk), a Bury-based manufacturer of cable seals, has won a contract from polymer manufacturer Victrex (www.victrex.com/en).

According to managing director Graham O’Hare, it will supply “fire- and blast-proof seals to a major upgrade of Victrex’s production site” at Thornton Cleveleys in Lancashire, which makes polymers for the transport, industrial and electronics sectors. The upgrade will increase the site’s production capacity by around 70%.
