German freight rail operator Mosolf Automotive Railway (MAR) is set to add 100 special open wagons to its fleet, in a bid to increase its freight capacity.
The company signed an agreement with goods-wagons leasing company Touax last month. The MAR fleet will be expanded to 450 special wagons, which are double-decker types; they have a loading length of 31m and are designed to transport cars and light commercial vehicles.
