Production control software company PSL Datatrack (www.psldatatrack.com) has appointed Simon Fisher as support manager.

Already an experienced user of the software, he will support the Bracknell-based company’s customer base, as well as manage system installation, training and implementation.

PSL managing director Geoff Gartland said: "Simon is a great appointment for us and for our customers. His practical engineering experience, together with his thorough understanding of the PSL Datatrack system, means that he is able to respond quickly and comprehensively to requests for technical support.

"We, as a company, have always recognised the importance of customer service and at a time when we are growing quickly, it is important that we continue to provide the customer service that we have prided ourselves on for the last 28 years."

The company’s customer base has increased by 24% since 2013 and the head office team has doubled in size.
