Now available from Cannock-based Cloos UK Ltd (www.cloos.co.uk) is the new QIROX QR-CC-4.1.

This compact ‘ready to weld’ system has a two-station workpiece positioner with vertical rotation; while the robot welds at one station, the other station can be unloaded and loaded again.

With a maximum clamping length of 1,250mm and a maximum load of 250kg per side, a wide range of components can be processed.

The system is equipped with the new QIROX QRH-280 welding robot, which was specifically developed for Cloos’s compact-cell solutions.

The robot is particularly fast to minimise production times, while the integration of the cables in the base frame and the location of the welding power source and QIROX controller outside the housing simplify service and maintenance requirements.

Furthermore, the system’s modular design allows future enhancements and upgrades.
