Scott Group has acquired Northern Case, a pallet maker with 45 employees.

Founded more than 35 years ago, Northern Case operates from a seven-acre site in Ellesmere Port, where it has a 70,000sq ft manufacturing facility with automated production capabilities and space to expand (www.scottgroupltd.com) .

Managing director Greg Milton said: “Having built a successful family business over the last 30 years, now is
an appropriate time to sell to a forward-thinking company that can invest to ensure that our facility realises our full potential.”
