Jonathan Lee (www.jonlee.co.uk), a Stourbridge-based recruitment consultancy, is the latest member of a support group designed to help manufacturers grow.

It has joined forces with the Manufacturing Hub to provide permanent, contract and interim staffing solutions, plus talent management and HR consultancy services.

The company employs 100 specialists at five offices in the West Midlands, London and Dubai; it offers industry access to semi-skilled operatives, technical and engineering specialists and others in positions up to senior management.

It will work alongside Cucumber PR, Start 2 Finish Marketing, PP Business Improvement and former Manufacturing Advisory Service experts Alison Phillips and Rachel Eade in the hub.

Mark Bignell, managing consultant at the firm, said: “We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and sharing best practice, which were the principal drivers behind us getting involved.”

The Manufacturing Hub has helped more than 1,000 firms over the last five years, safeguarding and creating over 25,000 jobs in the process.
