Work is set to begin on the Magenta Business Park in Glasgow, after the project costs for the development’s first building were approved by the board of the Clyde Gateway group, which owns the site.
Aimed at SMEs in sectors such as IT, engineering and digital, Magenta will offer 3,780m
2 of office space.
Designed by architects Archial Norr, completion is planned for the summer of 2018.
