The problem of 'not-spots'

According to the results of the latest Digital Economy Survey from the British Chambers of Commerce, businesses in all parts of the UK — but particularly rural areas — have full or partial so-called ‘not-spots’ in their mobile Internet coverage (areas of no mobile coverage by any operator).
The survey (of over 1,400 businesses) found that 70% of firms experience mobile ‘not-spots’ or ‘partial not-spots’ (with some coverage but not from all networks) in their local area.
The survey also found that many UK businesses are not getting the highest connection speed, with only 42% of businesses reporting a 4G connection.
