Thyssen Krupp Aerospace and ITP — a Spanish manufacturer of aircraft engines, turbines, components and associated services for the aviation sector — have agreed to extend the duration of their existing co-operation and increase its scope(

Thyssen Krupp will extend its supply of stainless steel and nickel products to ITP locations in India and Mexico for a further two years (to 2022). In addition, the arrangement will now include ITP sub-contractors world-wide.
Gary Lowe, director of Thyssen Krupp Aerospace UK, said: “Both parties will benefit from the increased co-operation. Through our role as a global provider of materials and services, ITP will continue to concentrate on its own core business along the growth path already taken.”
Javier Maurolagoitia Sarria (supply chain, externals), said: “ITP is likewise convinced that the expansion of the greement will not only continue to deliver benefits for our manufacturing locations in India and Mexico through the local solutions implemented by Thyssen Krupp Aerospace, but also enable ITP sub-contractors globally to take advantage of the key deliverables within this contract.”
