Roltech Engineering relaunched

Staffordshire-based Roltech Engineering (
www.roltechengineering.com), which makes structures and conveyors for the quarrying industry, has been relaunched after a pre-pack administration. The Newcastle-under-Lyme company has been bought by its existing management team through a new company — Roltech Mechanical — saving the jobs of 60 staff. The company appointed administrators after two substantial disputed debts caused cash-flow problems.
