Vinci Energies UK & RoI strengthens presence

Solihull-based Vinci Energies UK & RoI (
www.vinci-energies.co.uk), which provides the engineering that connects the UK and Republic of Ireland’s electrical, communication and industrial networks, has strengthened its presence in the software automation sector by purchasing Teesside-based QSI Group (the control systems integration specialist) for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will see QSI’s 15 staff join the Vinci Energies’ 660-strong workforce in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
