LLandybie-based Morgan Marine has received a grant of £91,000 from the Carmarthenshire Rural Enterprise Fund to extend its current facility with new office space and recruit eight more people.

Established in 1965, the company makes advanced glass reinforced plastic (GRP) housings and other products, and it employs more than 170 people.

Group director Martyn Ingram said: “This new facility will help us to expand into new markets. It will provide around 4,500ft² of mixed office and meeting space.”
