Bowers Group (www.bowersgroup. co.uk), the Camberley-based supplier of metrology instruments, has been awarded accreditation from Alcumus Safe Contractor — a leading third-party accreditation scheme that recognises rigorous standards in health and safety management among contractors.

Bowers’ application for Safe Contractor accreditation was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business.

Bowers has also confirmed that it is now a member of a number of aerospace alliances/forums, including Midlands Aerospace Alliance, the Northwest Aerospace Alliance, the West of England Aerospace Forum and the Aerospace Wales Forum.
