Recently launched by Coventry-based Fanuc UK (
www.fanuc.eu) is the company’s fastest four-axis palletising robot
to date.
The M-410iC-110 can achieve a throughput of 2,200 cycles per hr within a working range of 2,400mm. Fanuc says that the robot’s compact design makes it suitable for palletising applications in restricted spaces, such as end-of-line
palletising or in-the-line transfers.
The M-410iC-110 has a payload of 110kg, a maximum horizontal reach of 2,403mm and a maximum palletising height of 2,238mm.
In addition, Fanuc offers the PC-based PalletPro — a plug-in for RoboGuide simulation software that allows operators to generate palletising patterns off-line before uploading them to the robot.
The M-410iC-110 supports Fanuc intelligent iRVision sensors; when combined with the iRPickTool, these enable the robot to pick up products from a conveyor belt.
All common ‘fieldbus’ systems are supported to facilitate simple integration into a production line or with a PLC host.
