Yorkshire-based Protomould Plastics — a provider of quick-turn-round injection moulding tooling, plus components in a range of plastic materials — has announced the completion of its new factory building at Brandesburton — on the same site as Plas-Tech, which acquired the company in 2013.
At over 5,000ft
2, the new building contains seven injection moulding machines, and there is space to grow.
Account manager Tom Ketley said: “The old building, which adjoins the new factory, will now be the home of Protomould’s tooling and machinery centre, along with our two milling machines for vacuum-forming and injection moulding tools — an area of the business that we hope to grow.”
