Hednesford-based Hainbuch UK (www.hainbuch.com) will be demonstrating a clamping system for holding round components up to 300mm in diameter (Hall 19 Stand 120).

The CentroteX quick-change-over clamping interface is compatible with Hainbuch‘s TOPlus, SpannTop and SpannTop Mini work-holding systems; it can be used on turning centres, measuring machines and grinding machines, as well as dividing heads.

The system will also accept collect chucks, mandrels, three-jaw chucks and fixtures. Fast change-overs (under 5min) are supported by a repeatable accuracy of less than 0.008mm.

At the show, this system will appear alongside the new Hainbuch MandoTex, a standardised quick-change-over interface developed especially for Mando T211/212 mandrels.

With a bayonet coupling, machine and clamping device adapter, the MandoTex offers a large selection of standard clamping devices, high clamping forces and micron precision.
