Goodwood-based Rolls-Royce Motor Cars (
www.Rolls-Royce.com )has announced that a record number of places are available on the company’s 2018 apprenticeship programme.
Since the luxury car maker launched this in 2006, numbers have progressively increased, and this year the company is offering 24 candidates the opportunity to join the team.
The apprenticeships, which last for up to four years, include college and university courses that are nationally recognised and run alongside on-the-job training at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
Moreover, many previous apprentices have gone on to take up leadership roles within the company.
CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös said, “I am delighted to announce the start of recruitment for this year’s apprenticeship programme. This is a particularly exciting year to be joining Rolls-Royce, as we launch Cullinan, our new high-bodied model, later this year.”
