A scheme to develop a 54-acre plot in Suffolk to provide 530,000ft² of business and industrial space has been given the go-ahead.

Carter Jonas (www.arterjonas.co.uk) secured planning permission for Stowmarket East on behalf of Building Partnerships Ltd; the scheme is part of the wider 195-acre Stowmarket Business Park, mid-way between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

Will Mooney at Carter Jonas said: “This development will provide new high-quality office and industrial space.”
Stowmarket East is expected to create 200 jobs during the construction phase and 900 when complete.
