Scarborough-based Unison Ltd (
www.unisonltd.com) is to exhibit at
Tube Düsseldorf — the international tube and pipe fair being held 16–20 April.
The company will be showcasing its tube- and pipe-bending machinery (plus associated tooling and software capabilities) on stand 5E10 at Messe Düsseldorf.
It will also be launching its innovative end-facing machine, with multiple capabilities that include medium, high and ultra-high cone and thread tube end preparation, square edge tube end preparation, plain V bevelling, compound bevelling, flat land bevelling and J type bevelling.
Unison will also be exhibiting its improved EB1000 three-axis precision tube-bending machine. New features include design improvements for increased reliability and ease of use, plus compatibility with co-ordinate measuring machines such as Faro measuring arms.
The EB1000 is suitable for small or complex tubes made from exotic materials — such as those used for motor-sport, marine and aerospace components.
The company will also show a 38mm Breeze twin-head tube-bending machine specifically designed for the high-speed manufacture of symmetrical shapes in tube or square section.
Applications include the production of parts for supermarket trolleys, wheelbarrows, furniture and automotive parts.
Tube Düsseldorf takes place every two years in conjunction with
Wire Düsseldorf, the international trade fair for the wire and cable industry.
