Northumberland-based Hindley Circuits, a provider of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly services, has acquired Irridian Industrial Electronics — an electronic product design and repair business in Newcastle — as part of a plan to achieve a turnover of £10 million within its first five years.
Earlier this year, it acquired Blyth-based Magnum Electronics, with founder Steve Crosby becoming Hindley’s engineering manager.
