Cambridgeshire-based Orbital Fabrications, which offers a specialised orbital welding and high-tech fabrication service, is celebrating its 30th year in business by spending £120,000 on expanding its premises.

The company, which has clients world-wide in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical, semi-conductor and allied industries, has added a 3,500ft² extension to its facility (www.orbitalfabrications.co.uk).

It has also recently invested £95,000 in a computer-controlled precision welding system.
