Manchester-based Distec Ltd, a technology solutions provider, has been acquired by Swedish giant Kamic Group AB.

Distec (www.distec.co.uk) was founded in 1992 and has extensive expertise in industrial, medical and digital technology solutions.

It represents a number of world-leading manufacturers, including ELO, Nexcom, CKS, Wincomm and Siemens, and it offers total solutions to customers in many different sectors in the UK and Ireland.
