XYZ Machine Tools’ showroom clearance days are renowned for the value-for-money deals customers can get on the ex-demo machines that are renewed on a regular basis at the company’s showrooms across the country.

On 20 March, the company’s main showroom in Burlescombe (Devon) (www.xyzmachinetools.com) will host one of these events, while also providing an opportunity to see the latest ProtoTrak RX control system, the new XYZ UMC-4+1 machining centre and the Robo-Tend robot automation system for machining centres and turning centres.

As at all of these XYZ Machine Tools events, deals will be done on the day, and the number of machines on offer is significant, ranging from SMX and SLX ProtoTrak-controlled mills and lathes, through vertical machining centres from the LR and HD series, to turning centres and large-capacity XL lathes with swings up to 1,100mm — and machining centres with up to 3,000mm of X-axis travel.

A large proportion of these can be seen under power.
