Mabey Holdings Ltd (www.mabey.com) has concluded the sale of Mabey Bridge Ltd’s modular bridging business to US-based Acrow Bridge (www.acrow.com) for an undisclosed sum.

The sale includes all employees in the modular bridge team and the manufacturing site in Gloucestershire; both companies will continue to operate under their own brands.
