Teignmouth-based Hillside Product Design Ltd (HPDL) recently won an Excellence in Customer Service award at the Exeter Business Awards.

The company joined more than 200 businesses from around the county at the awards ceremony — held in the Great Hall at the University of Exeter — to celebrate the very best of enterprise and innovation.

HPDL (www.hillsidedesign.co.uk) marketing manager Holly Hollis, who attended the evening with senior project designer Greg Carlson, said: “We were so excited to be shortlisted in the customer service and best-tech company categories, and to win an award on the night makes all our hard work worthwhile.

“What stood out for us is how many fantastic SMEs there are in the Exeter hub, doing new and innovative things.”
