South Derbyshire-based Carfulan Group (

1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain report 2019, which celebrates the country’s most outstanding small to medium-size businesses.
To make the cut, companies are required to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years,significantly out-performing their industry peers.
Comprised of OGP UK, SYS Systems, Zoller UK and Vicivision UK, the Carfulan Group provides a range of advanced-manufacturing technology solutions and employs around 50 people, which represents a staffing increase of 400% since 2002.
With more than 1,500 machine supplied to the UK market, over 700 customers and a turnover approaching £15 million, the company specialises in multi-sensor inspection equipment, 3-D printing technology, tool pre-setting and inspection devices and turned-part measurement solutions, working with major companies in the aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, medical and education and design sectors.
