the sale of the Quinn Radiators manufacturing facility in Newport, South Wales.
The Quinn Radiators manufacturing plant is located in a ‘state of the art facility’, spanning across a building of 1.2 million ft
2, with the capacity to produce, package and store an estimated
4 million steel panel radiators each year. Producing round top, compact, towel and low surface temperature radiators — it is one of the most advanced plants of its kind in Europe.
Assets for sale by Private Treaty include: (2) complete panel radiator manufacturing lines, 12m min capacity, with Schuler Radiator and Winter Fin Presses, Leas welding and conveying equipment, ABB Robots (2005/2006); Norcar automatic proof testing, plugging and stacking line conveyor system; Kraft automatic palletising plant (2006); Swisslog automatic warehouse system with high bay racking and 41,176 pallet spaces; and Paint plant with multi-lane washing, painting and drying conveyor system etc; Kraft radiator packing lines; Kraft automatic palletising plant
