#aerospace #ukmfg #universities The Aerospace MSc Bursary Scheme is a new bursary fund aimed at supporting the next generation of aeronautical engineers in the UK and enhancing the skill sets of the engineering professionals currently working in the aerospace and aviation industries.
GKN Aerospace has teamed up with the UK Government, the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) and other leading aerospace companies in the initiative to boost the supply of aeronautical engineering skills to the UK economy.
The funding from this scheme will be available for up to 500 students undertaking MSc programmes at UK universities accredited by the RAeS, or supported by the leading companies, and commencing during academic years 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16.
