Dresser Flow Solutions in a 68,000ft2 facility

Dresser Flow Solutions has taken on a 68,613ft2 facility at an industrial site in Skelmersdale that was formerly occupied
by the cosmetics group Vivalis. The valve manufacturer — a subsidiary of Texas-based GE Corporation — has agreed to pay rent of £265,000 a year and will now vacate its current base at Skelmersdale’s East Gillibrands Industrial Estate.
