Mills CNC Ltd, Leamington Spa (www.millscnc.co.uk) — the exclusive distributor of Doosan machine tools in the UK and Ireland — has appointed two new business managers to its sales team.

Following the internal promotion of Nick White to sales director and Tony Dale to technical director as part of the company’s recently completed management buy-out and restructuring (in June), the company has appointed Steve Brown (pictured left) and Nick Gunning (pictured right) as its business managers covering Bristol and the South West, and Wiltshire and the Home Counties respectively.

These new appointments bring the Mills sales team back up to full strength; both managers took up their positions in mid-July.

Mr Brown has a track record in both manufacturing and sales. Having worked at Rolls-Royce in a production environment for most of his early career, he moved over
to sales management, holding positions at Fenn Tool, Haas and Dugard.

Mr Gunning is equally well experienced and qualified, with over 27 years’ experience gained in the machine tool sector — most recently as sales director at Dugard. He is re-joining Mills some eight years after he left the company.
