Nitto Kokhi Europe has moved from Watford to 5,638 sq ft of office and industrial space at the Langham Park Industrial Estate at Castle Donington.

The Japanese firm designs and manufactures high-tech components, tools and machines, and the commercial property specialist NG Chartered Surveyors brokered the deal.

Nitto Europe director Toshi Ogue said: “We wanted to get closer to our customers and potential clients in the industrial heartland of the East Midlands, and further afield, and we see our new offices at Langham Park as being ideally suited for us to do that — and to break into cities such as Birmingham, Derby and Manchester.”
