Japan’s automotive supplier Denso has opened its latest warehousing facility in Montgomery, Alabama.
The $2.2 million 103,000 sq. ft. plant is part of the company’s strategy to invest nearly $1 billion in North America over the next four years.
The new facility will support the warehousing and shipping of heating, ventilation and air conditioning units for Denso’s North American customers.
Plant director Mike Bowman said: “Montgomery has been a great partner, and we are thrilled to have hired 30 people on the way to our goal of 45 new Denso jobs here in Alabama.”
