Corsham-based Gewefa UK Ltd (www.gewefa.co.uk) — a specialist supplier of tool-holding and allied equipment — has appointed Brian Furey (34) as its area sales manager for the South of the UK.

He has a significant level of experience in the contract manufacturing sector, having gained project and production management experience with HPC Precision Engineering Ltd in Burgess Hill (Sussex).

In his new role with Gewefa, he will be representing the company’s extensive portfolio of tool-holding products, as well as those from partner manufacturers EWS, Pibomulti, OTT-Jacob, Nann and Rineck.

Based in Hove, Mr Furey has worked extensively in the aerospace, oilfield actuation, medical, automotive and mechanical-engineering sectors.
