DXC Technology joins the MTC in Coventry

DXC Technology joins the MTC in CoventryDXC Technology, a world leader in digital transformation and technology, has become the latest member of the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry.

The tie-up will help UK manufacturers to plan and execute their digital strategies, embracing the opportunities of Industry 4.0.

Specialising in IT services and business transformation, DXC helps companies and Government agencies to embrace change and grow through digital and technical innovation.

The company has almost 6,000 clients in 70 countries. It is involved in many sectors, including aerospace and defence, security, infrastructure, transportation, energy and utilities. It has offices throughout the UK.

DXC Technology’s manufacturing and IT consultants will work with the MTC’s advanced digital diagnostics team to help manufacturers understand the impact of Industry 4.0.

MTC chief engineer Joe Darlington said: “Industries of all shapes and sizes are exploring how they can transform their business performance by adopting digital technologies.

“A common challenge faced by many organisations is to understand their current digital maturity across the entire business, from back office systems to shopfloor processes.
