Daher lets facility in DoncasterFrench company Daher (www.daher.com), a global specialist in engineering and aircraft technology, has let a 310,000ft2 industrial warehouse in Doncaster South from Commercial Property Partners (CPP).

Founded in Marseille in 1863 by Alphonse Barban and subsequently acquired by Paul Daher, the company offers a wide range of industrial products and services to aerospace OEMs and their supply chains.

Toby Vernon, co-founding partner at CPP, said: “The Yorkshire region remains a major centre for logistics and manufacturing businesses, providing easy access to key transport infrastructure, plus a plentiful and skilled workforce.

“It is therefore no surprise that logistics take-up across the region has been very strong for the year to date, significantly out-performing previous years.”
