Derby-based OGP UK (www.ogpuk.com) has been named Quality Vision International’s (QVI) European Representative of the Year 2017, making it Europe’s number one when it comes to sales of multi-sensor measurement equipment.

It means the company is the world’s third most successful independent re-seller of non-contact metrology machines made by OGP, whose parent company is QVI.

OGP SmartScope systems allow manufacturers to gauge the characteristics of even the most complex manufactured parts quickly and without human error, leading to better quality and reduced scrap.

Users of OGP UK solutions include Gillette, Unilever and Rolls-Royce.
