Yorkshire-based Lambert (
www.lamberteng.com), a manufacturer of intelligent factory automation systems, has launched its new ‘Vision’ strategy and aims to double its turnover to £50 million by 2025.
The company, which employs 170 people at its Tadcaster facility, wants to tap into the opportunities presented by industrial digitalisation, as it looks to grow its market share in medical and consumer health-care.
The company has also made two senior appointments, with Mike Lewis joining the board of directors as head of innovation and Sean Lynch becoming associate projects director.
Managing director Warren Limbert said: “We will invest over £500,000 in our product and service offering in 2019, and this will position us at the forefront of leading technologies in our market-place.”
