Caerphilly-based AerFin (www.aerfin.com), which specialises in aircraft end-of-life services, has been ranked eighth on the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 — the third consecutive year that the company has been in the top 10.

The league table (compiled by Fast Track each December and followed by an awards ceremony in May) ranks the British private-sector companies with the fastest-growing sales over the last three years.

AerFin was ranked first in 2017. In the past 12 months, the company has also been named the fastest-growing aerospace and defence company in Europe, and the 23rd fastest-growing company in Europe overall.

Over the past three years, its sales have grown by an average of 141% per annum.

Its BeyondPool programme — launched earlier this year — offers a fixed-cost solution to cover all component requirements of Embraer E-Jets and has been selected by numerous airlines, including BA City-Flyer.

The company has also signed service agreements with GE Aviation, NORDAM Europe and others.
