New £4 million facility for 3P InnovationWest Midlands-based 3P Innovation, a design and manufacturing company, has moved into a new 30,000ft2 £4 million facility in Warwick that is more than double the size of its previous premises.

The fast-expanding firm (www.3pinnovation.com), which specialises in engineering and process automation, started out from a bedroom in 2006 and now works with pharmaceutical, medical-device, confectionery, personal-care and household-goods companies world-wide that require assistance to develop and produce high-quality products in high volumes.

It offers a wide range of multi-purpose technologies and machine platforms, as well as custom automation methods to fit any project requirement.

Director Geoff Vernon said: “This move has come at a crucial time for us, and now we are settling in, all of the hard work feels worthwhile.

“We had outgrown our previous site and needed to make this change to ensure that we could continue to grow.

“The move has given everyone in the company a boost; you can feel the positivity it has brought out in people.

“We want to be at the heart of innovation going forward and have plans to increase our product lines, as well as continuing with bespoke automation systems for clients.

“We are heavily investing in R&D in order to make these advances.”
