£1.4 million funding for battery technologies

In the latest round of grants to be announced through the UK Government’s Faraday Battery Challenge, Caerphilly-based Deregallera Ltd and Monmouth-based Tri-Wall Europe Ltd (
www.tri-wall.eu) have been allocated a share of £1.4 million to develop the latest battery technologies.
This new allocation will enable the companies to create more highly skilled and well-paid jobs, boosting the economy and cementing Wales’ reputation for innovation excellence.
