BLM Group has announced dates for its InTube19 event, which brings together the wide range of tube and flat-sheet processing from across the group’s product portfolio (www.blmgroup.com).

Running from Monday 30 September to Saturday 12 October at the group’s Adige and Adige SYS facilities in Levico Terme (Italy), this event will “highlight the productivity gains that can be made by using systems from BLM Group” — and demonstrate the “strong environmental credentials” that the latest machines have.

In terms of manufacturing performance, attention will focus on key machine groups: the Lasertube LT7 fibre laser processing machine for tubes and profiles; the latest development of the LT-Free series of machines for the simultaneous five-axis laser cutting of tubes and complex-shaped components; and tube-bending systems such as the E-Turn CNC mandrel tube benders for pipes and profiles.

There will also be the first public showing of the new DH4010VGP — a twin-turret twin-head 3-D wire-bending machine.

Jon Curtis, sales director of BLM Group UK Ltd, said: “These machine systems are a small sample of the technology that will be on show at InTube19.

Visitors will see examples of every BLM Group machine, along with technologies ranging from sawing, end-forming, all-electric tube and wire bending through to the fibre laser processing of tube and sheet.

They will also see process management software, such as BLM’s VGP3D three-dimensional programming software and the integration of BLM products into customers’ ERP systems.”
