Lamiera 2021 — an international exhibition dedicated to machine tools and cutting technologies, sheet metal-forming and processing (plus automation, robotics and connectivity solutions) — will be held at Fiera Milano Rho from 17 to 20 March 2021.
It is being promoted by UCIMU-Sistemi per produrre, the Italian machine tools, robots and automation systems manufacturers’ association.
Lamiera 2021 is being held two months earlier than usual in order to distance it from
EMO Milano 2021, the ‘travelling world exhibition’ dedicated to the metal-working sector that will be held in Milan in October next year (after a six-year gap).
Alfredo Mariotti, UCIMU’s general manager, said: “This timing will allow exhibitors to take part in both shows, which — though different — are complementary events.”
UCIMU also highlights the fact that
Lamiera 2021 is being held at Fiera Milano at the same time as three other major exhibitions:
Made in Steel, which is dedicated to the iron and steel industry;
MADE Expo for the building construction and planning sector; and
Transpotec Logitec, which is focused on transportation and logistics.
