Ridgway Machines, a well-established engineering company, has let a 42,498ft
2 warehouse on the Meridian Business Park to provide additional space after the company has secured a number of new contracts.
Property consultants Commercial Property Partners (CPP) secured the tenancy agreement.
Ridgway is a leading manufacturer of precision taping and winding machines, with over 100 years of engineering experience. Its machines are widely used for manufacturing electrical coils, cable and conductors, and to manufacture reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) for oil and gas pipelines.
The long-term lease with Ridgway Machines was agreed swiftly after the building became available, and the deal ensures te company can continue to flourish within the city.

The unit comprises a modern self-contained warehouse with a steel portal frame construction, benefitting from six ground-level loading doors and a modern, interconnected two-storey office block.
