Luton-based Trumpf Ltd has appointed Mike Brueton as its new area sales manager to cover the South West of the UK. He will be responsible for the sale of the company’s entire range of manufacturing technology solutions.

He brings a wealth of experience to the new role having spent much of his working life in machine tool and software systems sales. Laser systems, punching machines and press brakes were his focus in the early 1990s. He then spent 22 years in 2-D and 3-D CAD/CAM software sales and off-line programming software and laser cutting, punching and bending.
