Nottingham-based Daltons Wadkin, a leading machinery supplier, is hosting an in-house show focusing solely on CNC cutting technologies. The Kimla CNC Exhibition will be held from 27 to 29 September, 9am to 4.30pm, and will give manufacturers the opportunity to view live demonstrations on the latest CNC router, oscillating knife and fibre laser technology from leading European manufacturer Kimla, which is based in Poland.

On display, for the first time in the UK, will be the Kimla PowerCut fibre laser which ‘delivers uncompromised performance’, maximising the synergy between fibre laser efficiency and Kimla’s unique CNC motion technology – an ideal solution for anyone cutting high volumes of sheet metal.

High-speed linear drives to each axis are included as standard, enabling cutting speeds up to 4,000mm/sec. With automatic pallet loading, compact operational footprint and a choice of laser powers up to 12kW, the PowerCut is aimed at manufacturers looking for a reliable and efficient fibre laser cutting system.

Also on show will be the Kimla BPF industrial CNC router which is equipped with a large format vacuum bed, 400mm Z-axis clearance, oscillating knife head and the latest PC-CAM CAD/CAM/nesting software. Visitors will be able to witness a wide range of materials being processed including wood based panels, plastics, foam, rubber, non-ferrous metals and composites.
