Could asset finance be your next option for funding?

Could asset finance be your next option for funding? At Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2025, taking place 4-6 February in Farnborough, Close Brothers Asset Finance and Finance for Industry (Stand F215) will be highlighting the benefits of asset finance and explaining the different related products, and thereby help manufacturers understand why this method of finance could be the ‘perfect option’ when considering their next purchase.

The company said: “In short, asset finance is an alternative form of funding used by businesses to obtain the equipment they need to grow, or to access much-needed cash. Asset finance makes the otherwise unaffordable affordable by giving businesses access to the equipment they need without incurring the cash flow disadvantage of an outright purchase. Agreements can also be customised to the business’s needs, with flexibility on both the term and repayment schedule.

“There are various products that come under the broad umbrella of asset finance with one of the key ones being ‘refinancing’, which is a proven way to make your assets work for you and release cash back into the business by using the value of assets you already own to help your business. With the ‘Sale and HP Back’ type of refinancing, you sell your equipment to us, and we lend you the money you need to invest in your business.

“You pay us back in line with what the equipment earns for you; and once you are done paying us back, you own the equipment again. Moreover, this works whether you own the equipment outright or are already financing it with someone else.”
