Grob to demonstrate next-level machining at EMOGermany-based machine tool builder Grob-Werke, which celebrates its centenary in 2026, will be showcasing modern universal machines at EMO Hannover 2025 (Stand B26, Hall 12).

Taking centre stage on the 1,000m2 stand will be Grob’s heavy-duty four-axis G400 machining centre, which is renowned for its horizontal spindle design and modular concept and has been developed for applications in the automotive, mechanical engineering, energy, and mould and die industries. Alongside the G400 will be a Grob G550T five-axis mill-turn machining centre, which is equipped with integrated clamping hydraulics that enable the automated clamping of turned parts.

Grob CSO Christian Müller said: “EMO is not just a trade fair for us – it has been a stage for our technological innovations for decades. In 2025, we will impressively demonstrate how we are setting new standards with innovative strength, a clear focus and high speed – far beyond conventional production.”

In the field of automation, Grob will be presenting the new generation PSS-R900 rotary pallet storage system for the first time at an external trade fair – a flexible all-round solution that ensures an efficient and automated production process. Another trade fair highlight will be the G920F5 high-performance five-axis horizontal machining centre which was specially developed for machining ‘mega’ and ‘giga’ castings and meets the highest requirements for stability and precision.

Grob is also setting standards in the area of digitalisation and is presenting manufacturer-independent, intelligent solutions for networked and future-proofed production with GROB-NET4Industry. In the field of additive manufacturing (AM), Grob is presenting the GMP300, an efficient technology for the economical production of near-net-shape aluminum components, which is suitable for very demanding applications.

The machine-tool manufacturer’s trade fair presence will be rounded off with a range of electromobility and smart service products on display aimed at maximising machine availability and high efficiency in production.
