Members of the Tamworth-based Brown & Holmes team (
www.brownandholmes.co.uk) spent a week at
EMO 2015 in Milan supporting Tsudakoma and Fresmak Arnold, which were both launching new products and technology at the show (Brown & Holmes also had three purpose-made fixtures in use on the Yamazaki stand).
Tsudakoma launched its newdirect-drive five-axis rotary indexing units at the exhibition; these can be used for turning at up to 3,000rev/min (with all the functionality of an integrated five-axis unit).
Fresmak Arnold launched its new range of Block-SC self-centring static plates; designed for hydraulically or pneumatically actuated clamping, these have a compact, hermetic and robust design.
Kevin Ward, joint managing director of Brown & Holmes, said: “I was delighted to be able to see at first hand the very latest products on display at
EMO and to assist our partners Tsudakoma and Fresmak Arnold on their respective stands. I am very excited by the technological advancements that our association with these leading international organisations enables us to bring to the UK.”
