The third annual Motorsport & Automotive Jobs Fair will take place at the Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire on 21 March (from 10am to 4pm).

More than 25 groups will be exhibiting at the free event, including Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren Automotive, Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team, Base Performance Simulators, Renault Sport Racing, Mahle Powertrain, Delta Motorsport, Titan and Hewland Engineering.

More than 1,000 people are expected to attend the event, which is supported by the National Motorsport Academy.

Ella Barrington from Base Performance Simulators said: “The MIA Motorsport & Automotive Jobs Fair was a fantastic success for BPS. After meeting a wealth of talent, we were able to fill both of the postings required for our commercial roles. This event will certainly be our first port of call for potential positions in the future.”

Stephen Deane from Hewland said: “The jobs fair was a major success for Hewland. We spoke to a large number of quality candidates on the day, and we organised follow-up sessions with many. We have subsequently made two appointments to our engineering team.”
