UK launch of Guhring vending system

UK launch of Guhring vending system On stand P91, cutting-tool manufacturer Guhring Ltd (www.guhring.co.uk) will be introducing a raft of new product innovations.

Taking centre stage will be the all-new tool management vending system TM526, which incorporates new software and a completely new design that will streamline and simplify tool management for machine shops.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to see some of the new grooving systems from Guhring.

These include the new 104/106 types for the internal grooving and face grooving of small-diameter holes, the 305 system for external/internal and face grooving, plus form-grooving tools for groove depths up to 5mm.

Southern Manufacturing will give UK engineers their first opportunity to see the extended HR500 solid-carbide universal reaming line.

These tools operate at the highest-possible cutting rates while producing holes with high levels of precision, concentricity and surface finish in a wide variety of materials.

Guhring will also be showing milling cutters from its RF100 Speed range, along with cutters from its Raptor series for machining steel, titanium and stainless materials.

The three-, four- and six-fluted end mills feature a new multi-layer coating technology with a zirconium cover layer that reduces any chemical reaction with the material being machined.
